TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

1. Agreement Overview

1.1 This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Autecy, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the user of the Company’s services, hereinafter referred to as the “User.”

1.2 The terms and conditions outlined herein apply to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to web development, graphic design, bookkeeping, social media marketing, and accounting.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Company agrees to provide the User with the specified services as detailed in the project proposal or service agreement.

2.2 Any changes or additions to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional fees and/or extended timelines.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The User agrees to pay the Company according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

3.2 Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

3.3 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be the responsibility of the User.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The User acknowledges that all intellectual property, including but not limited to code, graphics, designs, and financial documents, developed by the Company for the project will be the exclusive property of the User upon full payment.

4.2 The Company retains the right to reuse or repurpose any non-proprietary components developed for the project.

5. Confidentiality

6.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet project timelines but does not guarantee specific completion dates.

6.2 Delays caused by the User, including but not limited to the provision of necessary materials or feedback, may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Project Timelines

5.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project or accounting/bookkeeping services.

7. Service Web Support

7.1 The Company provides a 1-month free service  on its web development and graphic design work, during which it will address and rectify any defects or issues arising from its development.

7.2 Ongoing support and maintenance services for web development are available at an additional cost.

8. Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

8.1 The Company agrees to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping and accounting services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8.2 The User is responsible for providing all necessary financial documents and information required for bookkeeping and accounting services.

9. Social Media Marketing Services

9.1 The Company agrees to provide social media marketing services as outlined in the project proposal.

9.2 The User is responsible for providing access to relevant social media accounts and necessary information for the execution of social media marketing strategies.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

12.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
